Olly was designed by Sven Algoet after a brainstorming session with star chef Olly Ceulenaere from restaurant Publiek in Ghent. The designer found his inspiration in a sleek tray in the restaurant and named his design after 'Olly'. It is a timeless design that will appeal to many interiors, both sleek and more classic. The design has been copied a lot over the years, but only with the original Luminello handmade from brass (alloy of copper and zinc), the original atmosphere and patina emerge. This comes in three sizes 22 - 30 and 40cm and two finishes Bi Color (top dark oxide and inside satin) and Rubbed Brass (oxidized and hand-rubbed). The manual patina is finished with a matte varnish layer, baked on the oxide.
